Shipping Policy

Every Naeem order ships tracked, in a hand-finished presentation box. Here is what to expect from checkout to doorstep.

1. Processing time

In-stock orders leave the studio within 2–4 business days. Pre-order and in-development items ship within the window stated on the product page, and we email you if that window changes.

2. Delivery times and cost

Shipping Policy
Shipping is free and fully tracked on every order, worldwide. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, though remote destinations can take longer.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

3. Customs and duties

For international orders, your destination country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before dispatch; after dispatch we will do our best with the carrier but cannot guarantee changes.

5. Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
