These terms govern your use of the Naeem website and any purchase you make from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. The store
Naeem sells a digital dhikr ring and related accessories through this website. We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately, but minor variations in finish may occur.
2. Orders and payment
When you place an order you make an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we dispatch your order and email you a shipping confirmation. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid.
3. Product status
Some Naeem products are offered while still in development. Where a product is a pre-order or in-development item, this is stated on the product page along with the expected shipping window.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to breach security, scrape the store, or use the site for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site โ the Naeem name, wordmark, imagery, text and design โ belongs to Naeem and may not be reused without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naeem is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
